The receiver only with LED light, no sounds. By the way, this radio with Alaming system to protect your battery, if you do not want to turn on, you should go to the Menu ALARM to setting the value to less: the : RX(Receiver battery) , TX(radio's battery), EXT(vehicles battery) , RSSI (off), that would be no alarming.

Answer:	It should. Your nitro truck still uses servos to control it and all the receiver does is move the servos to a certain position (steering, throttle).

Answer:	Yes, channel 4 is a 3 position switch and all 6 channels have EPA. I use 2 GT5 transmitters with different trucks that have a 2 speed transmissions and use the switch to select between hi/lo with the center position setting the transmission to neutral.

Answer:	There are a lot of throttle adjustments on this such as throttle sensitivity, throttle gain, and throttle dual rate. You could use the throttle dual rate to lessen the ESC response to your input which would be kind of like limiting the output. But it doesnt have one of those sliders that have the 50-75-100% limiters. I LOVE this radio. I use it in all my Arrmas. I currently have it in my Notorious and Outcast 4s. But I also used it when I had the Kraton 6s as well. I found my radio. I just buy new receivers when I get a new model.

Question:	What gauge is the wire on the receiver
Answer:	The wires to and from the receiver are basically signal wires. Since they carry no amperage the wire size is probably less than 20 gauge.

Answer:	Yes. Thats exactly why there is a BEC on the ESC, so you dont need a 6V battery for the receiver.

Answer:	I used the traxxas receiver. It should work with any 2.4ghz 3chnl reciever.

Answer:	yes the third channel works but it's just a button, it's not controllable like a steering servo. if you connect a servo to the 3rd channel and hit the button it will swing the servo fully one way and thats it. Or you could install leds with a on/off switch and control them that way.

Answer:	Yes i used it on a hpi nitro firestorm it works great and its just plug in and go there will be instructions that show you how

Answer:	You can program it in betaflight and assign it to whatever switch you want, this radio does not come pre-programmed. I do not recommend flying in ANY type of trainer mode. I Highly recommend you practice on a simulator like velocidrone for 50hrs+ with a Frsky X9 Lite or X9D+ 2019 in acro mode only. Then fly the real thing. Buy cheap, buy twice! I can charge my X9 Lite via usb while using a simulator. I am not sure If your questions pertains to helicopters or FPV quadcopters? We will assume FPV though because it is so much better. Ye be warned, this hobby will consume a lot of your time and is not easy. Youtube, facebook and rcgroups are your friend for knowledge!
