Question:	Does it include everything in the picture, and is it for adults
Answer:	Not sure how large your wave runner is, but this dock does hold a lot. That being said, I don't think it would be recommended for wave runners in general. Perhaps if yours is small and the water is not rough where you have it. I am not sure though if the surface would hold up to the wear and tear. It was great, however, for my husband and I to lay on with a couple of chairs.

Answer:	It is large (my husband and I both laid on it with bulky chairs). It is very stable unlike similar items we have bought. It inflates/deflates easily. We hesitated due to the price, but it was worth it.

Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.
