Answer:	No, as others have said. You do need to register with the FAA, it's $5 and takes about 5 minutes. You will then need to print out your certificate of registration - keep it with you when flying and put your Certificate Number on your drone (taped or marker pen). There is a "requirement" that you pass a test, however the test is still under development so it doesn't exist. Your Certificate is good for 3 years, so that's the earliest you'd have to worry about any testing to operate your drone as a recreational flyer. Drone flying under this recreational certificate your have to do these things: - Keep your drone within the visual line of sight or use a visual observer. - Fly at or below 400 feet in uncontrolled airspace - Comply with all airspace restrictions - Get prior authorization before operating in controlled airspace - Give way and do not interfere with any manned aircraft

Answer:	the estimated flight time is 30mins per battery. However, that is only in a perfectly calm day. If you flying into some wind, flight time might even get down to 20-25mins depends on how strong the wind is.

Answer:	I bought the Mini thru Amazon today for $499+Tax. It'll be delivered in 2- days. I ordered the Mini direct from DJI on 1-17-20 using Pay Pal.When you check the order and click on details, It said processing should take 3-5 days 16 days later, I canceled the order. You can not talk to DJI so calling them to check on an order isn't happening. When I chatted with them online, they would never answer my question when I asked when I could expect my shipment. I went thru Pay Pal and created a dispute in which I just wanted to know when I could expect my shipment. DJI canceled my order today and I will hae a refund in 2 days according to DJI. My Plan wasn't to cancel the order. The difference as to why I originally ordered from DJI: DJI doesn't charge tax so I saved $34 ordering thru them. Since DJI canceled my order, I decided to go thru Amazon, Pay the $34 in sales tax, and get the Mini by Friday this week. I did not want to start the process over with DJI. Good luck

Question:	Do I need permission to fly this drone in a non-commercial way
Answer:	You will need to register the drone with the FAA (here in the United States). You will also need to make sure that you are in the proper airspace. There are several apps that will tell you where you are and if you need to contact any airport towers to get authorization to fly.

Answer:	Yes. My Mavic Air was attacked by a large bird mid flight. I found it using its GPS last known location. It was located on a golf course near hole 9, in more than 9 pieces:) gotta buy a new one which led me here.

Answer:	Mavic Pro has a farther range, and longer battery life. Mavic Air has a better camera (for new pilots) - the Mavic Pro camera is tap to focus, the Mavic Air is full screen focus all the time. Mavic Air is smaller than the Mavic Pro. The enjoyment of flying them is the same.
Question:	How many Hellfire Missles can it carry
Answer:	I had to send my drone back because it didn’t come with the Hellfire missles, but it lookes like it can hold about 7.5 of them. You can cut down the 8th one and stuff it behind the battery compartment.
