Question:	How do I know when the helicopter and remote are paired? They both are blinking in synch and never stop
Answer:	Thanks for bringing out the question. 2 points to control it well, proper battery power and quick move hand. When you find the unicorn fly too high, that's because the power is full, please hold the unicorn for 1 minute then release, this will help consuming partial battery. Meantime, please shave your hand under the unicorn quickly to make it fly up, too long time under the unicorn will make it fly higher thus hit the ceiling. The longer the unicorn sensor sensing your hand, the higher it will fly, so make a quick move will help to control its height.
Question:	Can you buy additional batteries

Question:	Rear rotor won't turn - what to do
Answer:	I have two suggestions for you. 1. Remove the plastic rotor. Make sure there isn't any hair wrapped around the post. It's amazing what these things can pick up when flying! 2. Purchase a new rotor because yours might be bent, keeping it from rotating. This happened to us before. You couldn't see the bend but when we replaced it, voila! If you've had this helicopter for awhile, it's possible that it's on its last leg. We have had these for several years and one is finally not turning the back rotor and it can't be fixed. We've gotten our money's worth out of it. However, if it's brand new, return it. Hope this helps!
Question:	Can I fly these outdoors? Considering the remote is IR, does it pose a problem? If Yes, any entry level model that is good for flying outdoors
Answer:	Because it is IR, it does not do well in bright sunlight. It does do well at night and with the blinking light it is easy to follow and fun to fly. It is also very wind sensitive, so is best to fly in calm weather.

Question:	Where can I get more spare parts for this helicopter
Answer:	I dont know where you can get spare parts but we bought 2 of these for my son and both were awful. The first one locked up and never worked again and the second had a minor part chip and it never flew again as well. Also, these dont work outside, only in and you charge for 30 minutes & it runs for about 6-8! 😕

Hitting everything- took them outdoors and BAM - worked AWSOME !!!

Question:	Is there a spring in the remote
Answer:	No spring in the remote (for those that don't understand the question, other remotes have a spring in the throttle control to keep constant pressure so if you remove your thumb it will auto stop the throttle)

Answer:	Charges through the remote and also comes with a cord you can plug into the computer. The remote charge works quicker and doesn't drain the AA Batteries as much as you'd think. You get about 15 minutes flying time and takes about an hour to charge.
