Question:	Where to get xtra battery pack
Answer:	Yes there are a couple of routes you can take with this particular platform, its the Huina 1550 chassis. Before I say any more on this subject all of these so called upgrades are 100% DIY and some do NOT have a YouTube video to help you to do them!!! They are however very achievable with a mechanical mindset. For example you can replace the gear and motor that turns the deck of the chassis, the motor is a tricky install but, its whisper quiet and you can spin the top for days no more limit of 680 degrees COOL right! $60 for both the motor and the sun gear. Next is the business end where you can get the power into the machine and it is a very strong excavator after these upgrades 1: The big and small digging arms can convert to an all metal setup that leads to strength in digging. 2: Screw servos, the metal arms come pre-cut to accommodate the new servo size; the new servos don't make that clicking noise they just screw in and out with great strength. You will however need to install the limit switches that normally come with the steel arms only because the servo will run the screw out of the servo body. The steel arms that include all the hardware and usually the limit switches are around $50 and the 3 needed screw servos are $30. Lastly moving tracks motors that completely replace the old and again motors are very quiet in comparison to the old; this is by far the hardest of the "upgrades" to perform and costs around $20. Also these prices are quoted before S&H. There is quite a few things more that can be done and others that must be done if you chose to upgrade but, I wish you well down the road. You will get hooked on this stuff its a great hobby.

Answer:	The bucket is all metal. My son and I love this unit! It has been lots of fun. Its pretty strong, too. The only thing I don't like about it is that it clicks loudly if you move it to its limits. I think this is a safety mechanism to keep it from stripping its gears. Also, the battery lasts a long time.
Question:	Does anyone have troubleshooting advice for light flashing on remote? Vehicle light up but won’t run
Answer:	its supposed to replicate the CAT machines. Mine came very close to "CAT yellow" . Mine was very realistic(darker), not super bright "toy yellow" I think the color is intended to be darker for this reason. I'm an operator in real life and these are pretty close on detail other than not having the authorized CAT logo, but even theirs is pretty similar. Great job in my opinion.I also disagree with the reviews on its digging capabilities. I have been digging rocky ground that was rototilled last year. if you take your time and learn to work the machine, it will dig more than you expect. I've dug out rocks the size of golf balls with it . Great for the money in my opinion.

Answer:	The two control sticks move the machine forward and back, right and left. Buttons rotate the cab and boom. Buttons also extend the boom and curl. The buttons are well placed and easy to use. With a little practice the machine operates just like the real thing. This is a Christmas gift for my grandson, so I just ran it around a little to make sure it worked. Answer:	It is not suitable for outdoor use due to its lightweithness. I would not recommend using it in play sand because the sand will definitely get between gears teeth and put lot of stress on those tiny DC motors. I tried to use small pebbles but it's not powerfully enough to dig through them. On the end, I resort to dry pinto bean so my boy can have some fun with it..... I hope that help you decide. Cass.

Question:	Should the rc truck charger be flashing red when charging
Answer:	(disclaimer) fast charge at your own risk. I've been using a smart LIPO charger with over charge protection to balance charge all 4 of my Li-ion batteries for over two months at 3000MaH. Takes around 45-50 mins to charge a completely dead battery. No issues yet. :)

Answer:	Lithium-ion pack, made from INR 18650's. Rated at 2000MaH 7.4 volt. Connector is XT30. Yes TopRace sells them for around $30. You can find them cheaper if you shop around, but these guys ship pretty fast.

Answer:	YES! Every controll is proportional EXCEPT the tracks. Proportional controll of the cab, arms AND bucket servos allow for precise work and fine detail tasks. The cheaper loaders are almost impossible to use for fine detail due to the servos moving way too fast because they are not proportional. Hope this helps!! :)

Answer:	No, but the TR213 front end loader has plenty enough power to grade, push dirt around and make roads. Trust me, I'm waiting for a TopRace dozer too!! :)

Answer:	Great question and yes it is. I just put a 1.5 litter wine bottle in the bed and not a bad fit. Might need to add some sort of padding. Just don't be driving it crazy, lol.
Question:	Is there a way to order a replacement charger? Kid lost it already
Answer:	Yes, you must remove the tiny, easy-to-lose screw and exchange the battery. And changing that battery, packing in its cord, re-closing the hatch and reinstalling that screw really is a pain in the BUTT. Its like having to remove your car battery to charge it. And that screw is easy to strip, too. Then you are literally screwed. REALLY a DUMB design on an otherwise outstanding machine. Should have a charge port on the excavator body- just plug it in...like a phone. Then, the only time you'd have to replace the battery is when it finally goes bad. not just when it needs a charge. Please, Manufacturer- add ac harge port and make this toy MUCH nicer than all others!
