The player with the highest double (e.g., 6-6) starts by playing it in the center of the table.
Subsequent Turns: Players take turns in a clockwise direction. On your turn, you must play a domino that matches the open ends of the domino chain. If you can't play, you draw a tile from the boneyard.
Mexican Train: If a player cannot play on their turn, they start their own "train" (private line of dominoes) from the hub. This becomes their personal area to play on until they can join back onto the main train.
Double: When a double is played, it must be satisfied (a second tile with a matching number of pips must be played on the double). If a player can't satisfy a double, they start their own train.
Scoring: The round ends when one player plays their last domino. The remaining players count the pips on their unplayed tiles. The player with the fewest pips wins the round and scores zero. Others score the pips on their remaining tiles.
Special Rules:
Doubles: A double can be played off of any player's train, not just your own.
Spinner: The first double played is known as the "spinner." It allows players to play off all four sides.
Ending the Round: The round ends when one player plays their last domino. The player who went out scores zero, and the others score the total pips on their unplayed tiles.
Winning: The game typically consists of multiple rounds.The player with the lowest total score at the end of the agreed-upon number of rounds is the overall winner.

The aluminum box had a small ding, but not bad enough to return the entire item. The tile count was correct. We are very happy with our purchase. |
