Answer:	The commander decks are made by the manufacturer. Make sure they are factory sealed when you get.
Question:	Which cards (excluding basic land) are present in more than one deck, and how many times are those cards duplicated when considering all decks
Answer:	All decks have one card each, as per the rules for Commander. Besides basic land cards, each deck does not have any duplicate cards within each deck.
Question:	What else do I need to play with these? I have no other cards, dice, mats etc. New to this game
Answer:	Just 3 other people that want to play. They have cardboard life counters in them and are ready to play as is. Best if played against each other. Most people have more powerful decks because they have more cards. These are great to start with and upgrade if you like how they play. I have to many cards and still buy them every year, great staple cards in them. Wouldn't recommend paying more than$25 to $35 each.
