Answer:	It's a real card from what I can tell. I've had fake cards before and I've seen the original versions of this card before. The ones I received were real and came in a card sleeve. It's not the highly sought after Japanese prints, though. Just the versions that came out with the Pokemon 2000 movie.

Answer:	Actually, I was able to translate it long time ago, except for few parts. basically each sign is a character, and you can easily start assigning letters by translating the Pokemon name MEW.
