Question:	Does the slide move
Answer:	No the slide doesn't move. You put the plastic bullet in the barrel end and it clicks in place, then you pull the trigger it fires. It's made of a very flimsy plastic and our bullets didn't last that long and at all. I wouldn't recommend this product the batton is made of a cheap plastic and bend in half on day one.
