Answer:	Made in China, cheap stuff, not weighted, cheap wood, beginner stuff, not good for tournaments. Its a whole market of the same pieces everywhere selling by different names. If you want a good chess set, get a USCF standard weighted plastic set, although depending on weight it might be more expensive but still cheap. Now if you really want a wood set, and are willing to spend some bigger like 60$, get a Wegiel set they sell here on amazon. And if you want beyond 60 to the 100 luxury sets go to these websites, House of Staunton, The Chess Store, Chessbazzar, Chess House, and many more.

Answer:	In chess, the white goes first. Since Srenta 10 is white / frosted glass & clear glass, my guess would be, that the white / frosted goes first. Answer:	Having played this game (for the first time just yesterday), I really don't think that people will develop a "code". Kind of like Dixit, it is pretty free association for the images. Since the what, where, and who are random with a number of combinations and there are quite a few pictures, it will be very difficult to line up patterns all that much. I found it was pretty hard, in most cases, for the "ghost" to pick a good picture, so most of the selections were quite "out there". A lot of free association and using what other players were selecting to reduce the number of choices, it was a bit more possible to narrow things down.I believe that this will be a very replayable game but I also expect that after a few games, the players will get better at both picking pictures to associate and figuring out what the picture might mean, but not so much because of the selection of pictures but more because the thinking processes for both the ghost and the players will become more refine through learning how to pick.Overall, I find it to be a pretty good game.DaveBoardgames4us

Players triangulate where the Jack player is based on where he has been. Sometimes there is only one solution. Pure logic. Mysterium's gameplay is all about INDUCTIVE reasoning. There can be more than one possible solution and gameplay is about getting inside another player's head to understand the solution they chose. Both Fabulous games. Mysterium is more accessible and family friendly. Non-gamers can get into it right away, while Whitechapel is more demanding. Whitechapel is more similar to Fury of Dracula, another great game that has just been republished.

Answer:	I play it with my four year old granddaughter and while she is exceptionally brilliant :-) she wins as often as I do. So yes, it is challenging for both kids and adults. Answer:	Although the rules re-place a player pushed off the board onto the tile that was added to the board (and caused the player to be pushed off the board), this is the only way they allow players to go from one side of the board to the other without going through the maze. That said, you should (and I will) try this as a house rule and see if it makes the game play better.

But, my 7 yo loves this game, although he needed a little help getting the pieces to slide and such, and it lasts quite awhile, which makes younger children not sit still through the whole thing very well. More suitable for the older child. I think it is a wonderful game and very well made. The feel and look of the whole game board and pieces is just of high quality materials. Even the box is very heavy made. This is the second game I have purchased from Ravensburger and I am very impressed with the quality and fun. I think any children above 8 or 9 years old would enjoy this game. It does take quite awhile to play. It is not a 15 minute game. What I like is that when you place the cards on the board, it is random, so you never play the same game twice. Give it a try, I think you'll be impressed.

Answer:	Thanks so much for asking! The product is made in China and I'd love to give you a little background that probably is too much information but thought some people might be interested as to how a 7-year-old made manufacturing decisions. There are card game manufactures in the US and most have extremely high minimum order quantities so when Alex (the then 7-year-old inventor) was first starting out with his Kickstarter he couldn't meet their minimum order quantities. We found an amazing company in China (The company's name is Bang Wee - Alex loved the name) who was willing to do smaller quantities and they were super supportive even though they knew he was only 7 years old. Since that initial Kickstarter the game has really taken off and Alex can order the larger quantities that a US manufacturer requires but he would still be a small fish for manufacturers who often work with big toy companies. He also knows that without Bang Wee he might not have ever been able to bring this product to life and they have been so good to him so he's decided to stay with that original manufacturer...although we make a point to review that every year and this year will go back to some US manufacturers to see if we can find a good fit. Also, finding manufacturers who work well with kids will be key (Alex is 9 now) as many people are not used to working with kids in manufacturing and thus Bang Wee has really shined in that regard. Also with the potential tariffs going in effect this month, Alex is learning a ton of about international trade which is such a great experience for him too. I mean how better to understand how tariffs work than to pay them yourself. We will update this Q&A if we do switch to a US Manufacturer.

Answer:	The Latice Hawaii racks are 100% solid in translucent blue. This is a nice contrast to the old Latice racks which were hollow (and looks great like in the photos!).

Answer:	We play two player. Love it. And our little niece and nephew loves playing the game. Just a really good all around game. And a really nice side note...our adult son who is color deficient can play this as the colors have a design on each tile that is different with each color. Plus!
Question:	What does this have to do with Hawaii
Answer:	I used to work in both Hawaii and Tahiti and during my travels was inspired by the myths of Pele and the Mo'o (and how Pele ultimately outsmarted the Mo'o): "For eons, Pele fought Mo’o for dominion over Hawai’i. Mo’o summoned the elements and the animals of Hawai’i to create an insurmountable challenge. Do you have what it takes to become the champion of Hawai’i?" While Latice Hawaii is an abstract game, the theme draws from Hawaiian themes in the use of sun/wind/water, the icons on the tiles (with the exception of the feather which was originally intended as a conch shell!) and even certain aspects of the gameplay (e.g. that there's no significant "griefing" where you're directly rewarded for "taking things away" from other players). I'd note that it was only after playing the game with a number of Hawaiian natives (and through their encouragement) that I came around to using "Hawaii" in the name (I was reluctant given that I wasn't born in Hawaii myself, I only wish I had been!). Answer:	This is a great family game! No vulgar or questionable language is part of the play. Have fun!

Answer:	Mitchell said the wooden cities qtys and wooden roads qtys are reversed on the 5th edition (misprint). The qtys on the 4th (16 cities and 60 roads) is correct.
Question:	Is this more of a kids game? Is it challenging enough for adults
Answer:	Most games don't get several printings. Catan is one of the few that has gotten more than one. That happens when there is high enough demand to warrant more being produced. They also tend to change a thing here and there, like the robber changing from black to gray, or the box going from a square to a rectangle. A rules update here and there, and you have 5th edition. It's more about popularity than updates though.
Question:	Can someone tell me what the differences are between the 2nd and 1st generation games
Answer:	My husband and I play all the time. We don't use the "robber" but, if you roll a 7, you DO get to take one of the other's cards. The game takes a bit longer and you should always make one of your first choices a "3 for 1" trade port or you could be stuck without moves for a long time. We have learned to place our original settlements where we can collect the necessary cards to build roads AND future settlements. We didn't play for over a year because we couldn't find anyone else to play. We love the game and finally gave it a go on our own. You have to adjust your strategy and it's a far different game than it is with 3 or 4 players but it's still lots of fun. We love it!

Answer:	You can absolutely play with just two people. My daughter (age 10) and I play at least once a week. This game has a lot of flexibility if you want to change how you keep score or modify challenges to make them a little easier for younger players or less coordinated grown ups. This game was a quarantine life saver. You can do just a few challenges at a time or play the game in one sitting. Everything you need is in the box so you don’t need scrounge around the house to find items to complete challenge cards.

Everyone sounded pretty convincing, but someone isn’t who they say they are. That someone is The Chameleon. In each round of The Chameleon, a secret word is selected from a Topic Card in the middle of the table. Everyone knows what the word is, except for the player with the Chameleon Card but which player is it?

GAMEPLAY IS FUN AND ENGAGING

Using cunning, social deduction and some serious mob mentality, each player shouts out a related word to prove their innocence and tries to track down the impostor. Once everyone’s said their piece, the voting begins and the moment of truth arrives.

FIND THE SECRET WORD

Shuffle a chameleon card into the code cards and hand them out. One of you is now the chameleon. Roll the dice and use your code card to find the secret word (if you’re the chameleon just pretend!)

BLEND IN, DON'T GET CAUGHT!

Each player now says one word to prove that they know what the secret word is. If you’re too obvious the chameleon will work it out and will successfully blend in. If you’re too vague the other players will suspect you’re the chameleon!

SPOT THE CHAMELEON

Everyone votes on who they think the chameleon is. If they get it wrong the chameleon wins the game. If they get it right the chameleon still has a chance to escape by guessing the secret word.
