Answer:	They're really not good for either. Cheap! I have a son that is left handed. Get a hole puncher, turkey baster, play doh, bacon thongs, left handed scissors, etc...there are lots of things you can use that are a bit stronger and will work to strengthen children's motor skills. These items are cheap, flimsy and ended up frustrating my granddaughter after a few minutes. Go to a School Box store or ask a Pre-K teacher to see what they could recommend.

User questions & answers

Question:	Could I use these to remove clover from flower pots without squeezing the stem to break it
Answer:	I have never used the tweezers in this capacity but I can say that they are not sharp in any way. I believe if you moderate the pressure used to squeeze the stem and pull upward you can eliminate the possibility of breakage. Perhaps trial them by pulling some blades of grass before hand and see what happens.
Question:	How hard are these to squeeze
Answer:	They are cute and not hard to squeeze, but they do not have a tight grip. I have found that they work best with items like big cotton balls and big pompoms Their grip is not refined enough to pick up a wide variety of items and they do not pick up small things well. They do not open wide enough to pick up a big item like a one inch block.
