Answer:	No, kids would enjoy the cash register even if it doesn't talk.

Answer:	Lol. You would be surprised to know how many things already in your house have that warning on them. It's a very low level hazard, as long as, like most things, you don't put them in your mouth, and wash your hands before you eat. If a child is putting inappropriate things in their mouth, they probably aren't ready for these tools anyway.

Answer:	It has been a while. We gave it as a gift to my husband's great nephew (4 years old). I do remember that I bought gloves and safety glasses as well. They all fitted quite nicely. That kid was over the moon!!!! He got up at 2 a.m. and went outside. His parents found him trimming the bushes with the scissors. Not to worry, this is in Uruguay, where little kids can get away with that stuff. I know, a 4 year old with scissors. Scared me to death (no kids) but parents were cool with it! The tools are really good quality for "kid stuff", more like regular tools for a person with small hands. Hope this helps.

Finally got used to it and didn't notice when my 3 year old robbed my wallet and was actually playing with my cash!

Answer:	This is not a very good answer but we bought 2 different ones around the same time. (Have 2 young grandsons close in age who love to play “store”) One had a detachable scanner but this one , I am pretty sure, does not detach. But they loved it anyway. It turned out to be the fave. But the other one detached. Good luck.

Answer:	I found some for sale on ebay. But sometimes the seller wants quite a lot just for a few plastic coins. I wouldn't spend $10 for them. You can sometimes buy a whole cash register with coins cheaper than just buying the coins. I hope that helps. Look in your local used children's clothing and toys store.
Question:	How big is the shopping basket in this set
Answer:	Contact seller or Amazon. If defective or within return window it should not be an issue. But this is the best one of this type... Little tikes coins get stuck, Melissa and Doug's version is wooden.
