The Medium container I purchased included a book showing how to build animals, flowers, and other things. The grandchildren, ages 6 & 9, love to build with the blocks. Answer:	The container I received was clear with a blue lid. All 500 pieces were there and in great shape.

Answer:	He will probably use it as a "fill'n'spill" activity, which is ok. At 3 he will start sorting them by colors and at 4 begin building with them. They are just small enough to fit into his mouth, though. Our 2 year old hasn't tried to do that, but it's not something he plays with unattended.

Answer:	I would, it’s perfect for a gift. I just gifted it to my niece. It does include its own storage box to store all the pieces in.
Question:	The picture shows only pink triangle shapes. Do all the shapes come in multiple colors and not as shown in the dimension diagram
Answer:	I'm not sure about all of them, but the set we got came with even amounts of each color in each shape. Except the large hexagons are both pink and the long triangles are only pink and blue.

Answer:	They're pretty sturdy, my toddler hasn't gotten any off, but them being exposed also helps her know where to connect the pieces
