| Answer: | Yes, it will fit in either ear. All pieces are separate in the box. It comes with three "sound tubes' and three different sized "ear molds" as well as the charger. and hearing device itself. Once you get the amplifier you will put it all together (directions are included on how to put it together). I have about a 4% hearing in my bad ear and I have been amazed at how well I can now hear. It still is not 100% but it is so much better than it was. My audiologist said he wouldn't even sell me a hearing aid for that right ear as it wouldn't do me any good. I don't know about buying replacements as this is made in China (makes for some funny reading in the instruction pamphlet), however there are extra "sound tubes" and "ear molds". Hopefully that will be enough. Hope this helps. |

| Answer: | I have purchased two of these hearing devices over the last few weeks. It seems there are two different methods of connecting the ear piece/plug: one uses the flexible tube which you cut to length and the other uses the "less" flexible tube with the little arm extension for assisting to get it in your ear. I have not been able to connect the less flexible piece (seems it is made for another device, as it has a squared off connection point on one end, very odd). In any case, the flexible tube worked fine.... that said, I think the instructions could be improved). |
