Answer:	The sparkles do not come off. The little cups have stickers for Olaf's arms. The only experience we have had of anything coming off, is the sticker peeling up just a tad. We have had this over a year and all parts are in tact. I would not recommend soaking the plates I n water, or the stickers of the princesses would come off too. My daughter puts pretend food on the plates and I just wipe them clean with a them clean when needed with a damp cloth.
