Answer:	I bought replacement bubbles at Walmart. They were 6 to a pack. Sorry you are having trouble.

Answer:	The instructions are easy to follow. You have to download a program ("LeapFrog connect application") and then plug your device into that and run the program. It does not take long to set up and is easy to navigate.

Answer:	Not exactly. The description says BATTERIES REQUIRED. That is because, if it does come with batteries, they are demo only. They won’t even last long enough to setup your pal with the computer (that’s what happened to me). Even if the product was shipped directly and never for display it will have DEMO batteries.So plan to install 3 new AA batteries before you even start setup. Just trust me on this one. (Took 1.5 hours to setup and 2 calls to customer service. Still cannot say his name correctly).

Answer:	Came unassembled. Pieces are flat so all were stacked one on top of the other in the package when I got them. Easy to assemble each storage unit and then they stack one on top of the other. They are darling.

Answer:	Yeah I think a toddler could possibly pull them down. My sons 6 so it's not an issue but if you have a climber they could potentially fall. Also they aren't totally closed on the sides at the bottom. I like them but man it would Be 100% better if they didn't have those open slots (Legos dominos fall out)

I would say that both were in Mint condition and I have been very pleased with the products I have received from Amazon every time I have made a purchase on their website. You can feel confident that you will purchase goods in great condition as long as you make sure you check the condition of each item before you buy. I recommend you always buy items in "new" or excellent condition if that is what you are looking for. My wife is a collector so I end up buying different Barbie Dolls to help build her overall Barbie collection. Based on this, I always want to buy Barbies in new or unopened condition. Hope this comment helps you make an informed decision.
