| Answer: | Yes. It works well on paper. When I make cards, I use both this and the Scotch double-sided tape. You should have no problems. I think Scotch is the best product out there for double-sided tape. |

| Answer: | The only difference I can see is that blue dot adhesive permanent doesn't say photo safe. I have always used the red as I tend to just press reorder. I make cards so photo safe isn't a big issue for me as it would be to someone who scrapbooks. As far as refills go it has always been cheaper to buy a bundle of the full new rollers instead of buying refills. So I can't speak about refills. |
