Answer:	I Wouldn't Try Machine Washing The Doll, As I Think The Soft Body Would Get Lumpy And Perhaps The Seam Would Separate. However, I Think It Could Take Gentle Washing With A Clean, Lightly Soapy Cloth.

Question:	Can this doll go into the bath tub, or will it fill with water
Answer:	It can but it will get water in it. My daughter gives hers a bath all the time and I have to remove the head to dry it out. It comes off and reattaches easily. I know that sounds gruesome but it's the only way I can dry it.
Question:	any clothes that can fit a la newborn original
Answer:	Really only the clothes it comes with or other doll clothes. However, we did put a newborn onesies on it. A bit big, but works if you fold it down around the waist. You should also know it is a bit tricky to dress this doll because of the way the arms and legs are molded. My 5 year old can't do it herself at all. But, still a totally cute doll, we just don't change it very often.
Question:	can she drink and wet and does her mouth open wide enough to fit a real paci and bottle
Answer:	No. She doesn't actually drink or wet. She is watertight for bathing. She is well loved. I too feel it would have been neat if she actually did drink and wet.An actual baby bottle would not fit far into the mouth opening. The one year old that I had gotten this for actually had to try the baby dolls bottle herself. It was really sweet. I had planned on her mother putting the pacifier away until the baby was a little older since she is only one year.It is the best baby doll I could find these days that actual looks like a baby and I am happy that all three little ones each love their baby. I actually may be getting a fourth one for another grandchild.-

Answer:	Hi Launa! I have 8 of these babies, and I work with an elderly population...several with Alzheimers. I have one lady who has a babydoll, not this one, but this would be perfect. It is not a tiny, delicate baby. It has nice vinyl head and limbs and a well stuffed cloth body. I dress mine in actual baby clothes. They fit newborn sleepers very well and look absolutely darling. I truly feel your momma would love this baby. I wish you the very best.

Answer:	Hi Hollee! These babies are able to be swaddled in the traditional Mommy/Hospital swaddle. I am unsure how poseable you need.. the heads are securely attached and are not easily turned. These babies through Amazon are fabric bodies down to below the elbow and to just below the knees. I hope this helps!

Answer:	When Amazon sells an item from their stock, they price it themselves. They vary their prices on all dolls and products, depending on demand, stock, and many other reasons. The manufacturer sets the Suggested Retail Price and Amazon varies the prices up or down based on automatic calculations. Both ethnicities should be $24.99. It also may have to do with the fact that the African American babies are brand new...hopefully they will match the pricing soon.

Question:	Can you buy spare arms and legs for this doll
Answer:	I don't think there was a bar of wax with our order but it's been over a year. It might be to wax the edges of some pieces to make them easier to slide together...but I'm just guessing here.

Answer:	The house is not for rough use for sure. It's made of carton so if for example 2 kids play in it or next to it and are a little not gentle there is a chance it will get damaged.

Answer:	Yes, they should. There have been multiple children in the house I made for my granddaughter. She loves it. I decorated the inside with pictures, contact paper and posters to give her a fireplace, mantle and pets laying in baskets, as well as birds at the windows. I really enjoyed it before giving it to her on her 1st birthday. She still plays in it 1 1/2 years later. I also bought inexpensive rugs for the floor so where it sits doesn't matter for little butts.
