We ended up buying the assembled furniture in store on top of buying this from amazon. I would suggest paying a little more now and saving yourself not only the money but also the aggravation. Answer:	These kits are very time-consuming, about 15 hours on average. They're not particularly difficult but the directions are printed in China and are not always clear. If you get frustrated with gluing tiny pieces, cutting pieces of paper that are sometimes smaller than your fingernail or running tiny wires then yes. I've built 13 of them and, while I find it relaxing, other people tell me they wouldn't have the patience.

Answer:	These houses are a fun size to work with because they're more of a challenge than dollhouse size (1:12). Be careful, though. I have bought 2 kits that look like they're 1:24 in pics but are actually 1:36. I find those to be a complete waste of time because you lose detail.

For a miniature dollhouse scale is 1:12 and this is a 1:24 which is smaller. For example I measured the toilet to give an idea of how small it is. it is 2.5 cm high, 2.9 cm long and 1.5 cm wide.

Answer:	A half an inch....10 pieces came in an envelope 5 x 7 and was packaged in a 4 x 4 inch cardboard wrapped in plastic....this was NOT what I wanted or expected. Very disappointed....but it was nice if you wanted something that small. I don't know what you would use it for, it did not work for the dollhouse we built. Sorry to disappoint!
