Answer:	When measuring for fit you would measure the doll from head to toe. This item is for a doll standing 15 inches; the doll model in the photograph is an American Girl Bitty Baby.

Answer:	I think it’s made of polyester..Compared to AG bitty doll clothes this is a very cute sleeper on bitty baby. Also try to find matching hat, bib, and diaper (All 3 pieces come together). Sold separately from sleeeper. This does fit bitty baby really well. I was worried about the roses falling off like others mentioned, so I put an extra 2 stitches through the roses.
