Answer: Her thumb won't stay in her mouth, but a toy pacifier does ;) I believe she does not come with one...but we've had our doll a long time, so I could be wrong. We have the Melissa and Doug 14" baby and the pacifier that came with that doll, fits nicely in this Madame Alexander's mouth! It's really a nice doll! Her weight makes her feel so real! And she can wear "newborn" size clothes from walmart!!
