Answer:	With just regular play, yes the dyes are colorfast. I don't know about washing them because I didn't. All the outfits I received were nice, soft, stretchy material except 2 dresses. One dress was satin-like and the other seemed like a plastic sort of material.

Answer:	they are 7 cm long and 3.5 cm in the widest part. They are rather lose on the Disney princess dolls (18" ones), I counted on straps to hold them in place, but had to reduce the strap length eventually to prevent from falling off the foot.

Answer:	is it possible to pot the head or a limb off and put it back on? That is the only thing I can think to do. Maybe you can contact American Girl and ask them.

Answer:	I would say Asian. Although she has light skin, my son is 100% Korean and his coloring is this light. Many Asians do have skin this light, especially Koreans.
