Answer:	It's been awhile, but I recall that the bricks were in separate bags by color. So however many colors... They didn't stay in their separate packages very long...

I think it is intended more as an "extension" to other sets more than standalone, there are a few "specialty" parts but mostly bricks, plates, etc The LEGO website has full user guides that include parts lists for their various kits though you have to dig a little... a search on the product number will get you close.
Question:	Are there enough bricks to build all the sets described at the same time? In other words, without disassembling the built ones for parts

Answer:	Medium and Large are referring to quantity. The medium is 484 pieces and the large 790. You will get both large and small "sizes" in each container. The Medium container I purchased included a book showing how to build animals, flowers, and other things. The grandchildren, ages 6 & 9, love to build with the blocks. I don't think you can ever have too many Legos!!

Question:	Is the large box just double the pieces or are they different pieces than the medium? Trying to decide whether to get 2 medium boxes (better deal) or
Answer:	There are 790 pieces in the large box, only 6 wheels, but lots of windows. The medium has 484 pieces with 18 wheels, but only a couple of windows. Might actually be a better deal for two mediums.

Answer:	I have both boxes. I'm not sure if I would say it's a better deal. I bought the medium one for $30 at Target and it has 484 pieces which is a pretty good deal, I think. but the bigger one is double that price for 790 pieces.
Question:	Is it too early for 2year old toddler
Answer:	Really depends on the toddler, and whether that's "just turned 2" or almost 3. Some 2 year olds are still sticking stupid things in their mouths, in which case this is a safety hazard. Neither of my kids would have been ready for this at 2 exactly but my younger one was playing with regular small legos a few months before he turned 3 without problems while my older one (almost exactly two years older) found them frustrating at the same age and even at almost 4. Just depends on their fine motor skills.
Question:	My great grandmother is turning 100 next week. would this be a good gift for her?? i see the big choking hazard warning but grandma isn't under 3yrs

Question:	What is the recommended age for these
Answer:	As these are small parts, they are not recommended for anyone under age 3. I bought the larger blocks for my kiddos until age 5 when their fingers were developed enough to manipulate the smaller pieces with minimal frustration. Legos are very much an all ages activity but on average, the boys I have seen grow tend to like them from about 5 to 13 or so. Then they enjoy them again as adults. :)
