Answer:	Mine measured to be a 5 inch cube. It's not a box where you can put things in but there's a little pouch where the ball hides and you can close the lid to cover it. You can take the ball out put toys in the pouch and close the lid with the velcro tab, that would work. My baby absolutely love this toy, it's great!

Answer:	Because the manufacturer’s product dimensions are 7x6x6 inches, I would say no more than 7 inches.

Answer:	All children's plastic toys have a hole in them from production. You can fill the hole with a bit of hot glue before giving it to the child. It will greatly reduce the likelihood of water getting inside.
