Question:	What is the best way to drain the water from the outer ring
Answer:	We recommend rolling the splash pad up towards the spout. This should make it light enough to lift at which point we recommend hanging the splash pad with the spout down towards the ground to complete drain.
Question:	How slippery is the splash pad
Answer:	I was surprised by how slippery it was. My kid slipped and fell down when she went out and came in. Luckily, the splash was on top of the thick grass. She refused to go in after that. I tried it and I had to adjust my feet. It needs to have some slip-resistant design on the surface.
Question:	Mine was defective. How do I get a replacement
Answer:	Mine was too! I did a return through Amazon, then maybe repurchase?
Question:	I have outside dogs. Will their nails tear the pool
Answer:	Great question. The dogs nails should be fine, provided you keep the pressure on the splash pad low. Don't tun the hose up more than 1/4 of the way up while the dogs are out. Never more than 1/2 way, dogs or no dogs. I hope this helps!

Question:	What do you use to inflate
Answer:	We have two zipped together and we have HEAVY wave action on Lake Martin Alabama. We have a 100 lb. weight we have it tied to on the bank then just a regular boat anchor on the other end in the deeper water. It allows it to move easier with the wave so it's not jerking and tugging so hard. Now, we DO have to move the anchor sometimes to readjust but it's not a big deal considering the floats are SOOOOOO awesome to use and easy to maintain and store at the end of the season. You'll love it! In fact, I'm ordering another one soon so we can have 3 zipped together.

Question:	how does this compare to orthopedic beds for comfort
Answer:	I’ve had about 6 these for my three Australian Shepherds. They are much thinner than an orthopedic bed but I believe that due to the air chamber they are definitely comfortable. My dogs seem to love them. They are also very easy to wash.
Question:	How small does it become when not inflated? we want jaz to be comfy when we travel, but need to conserve space. how thick when full? thank you
Answer:	When not in use it rolls up into about a 4" diameter roll with a strap to keep it rolled and a handle on the strap. It is about 1-1/4" thick when laid out and inflated.

Answer:	I just connected the hose directly to the pad. I did not use the adapter piece that comes with it.
