Answer:	The wagon does roll. It can be pulled and pushed. I'm not sure how much weight it can handle. It's a small wagon. You can fit about two packages of diapers in it.

Answer:	Don't know that there is a great big difference. We got the Rally for our grandson at X-mas 2012 (he's 3.5 years old now) and it has been the best thing ever for him. One big difference between the 2 is the frame. Our little guy likes to coast downhills with his feet resting on the little platform at the bottom of the seat post. This has been so well-used and durable that I personally would not even bother with anything else. No need to. It's perfect! The other bike has a bell though.

There are also plenty of videos on youtube with very small children using them outside and on sidewalks which I also watched prior to my purchase. If the sidewalk gap has a large offset or is in generally bad condition Icould se it being a problem as it would with anything else but there is also the very small child "under parental supervision" factor so use your best judgement as to how safe the riding surface will be. We have had absolutely no issues with our Pewi Bike and it is very stable. Hope this helps.

Answer:	No, the height is not adjustable. My grandson loved this toy and used it when learning to walk.

Answer:	You unscrew from underneath and switch the sides of the yellow parts. Was not a fan of this. We gave ours away. T here is an updated version at target that is a better design.

Question:	Is there resistance on the wheels so it doesn't move when baby tries to stand up with it
Answer:	No it does not. My baby didn't have any trouble tho. It doesn't go fast. He only used it about a week at 9 months starting to wallk. Now at 16 months he likes to play with it too and he can push it faster. It goes very slowly but can be pushed harder to go faster. No speed control.
Question:	Struggling to build the lawnmower due to plastic set screws being the way. Does anyone have some helpful tips
Answer:	We gave it to our granddaughter for her first birthday, and she is 15 months now. She enjoys poking the nose for the light and sound and stands and pushes the walker some. I would say any child that can sit up can play with the face. I expect a 2 year old would really be able to play with it as intended. It is short so I think a 3 year old certainly could push and play with it, but I don't think there would be anything challenging or exciting for them.
