Answer:	I haven't tried that but i'm pretty sure you can do it. However, I am not that sure that the scooter would be as stable as it is in its original configuration. Personally, I don't like the design of this scooter and I wouldn't reccomend it for 2 reasons: one is what you already expressed (the baby's feet get trapped under the back wheels), the second one is the very very poor built quality. I had to return 3 scooters before finding one whose handle was not so horribly misaligned with the body of the scooter (i.e., handle did not form a 90 degree angle with the main axis of the scooter).

Answer:	I got this for my 18 month old grandson for Christmas. I thought it would be nice because he likes to put things into containers and pull them back out. I found he had a toy shopping cart that he used for that purpose instead. Now this summer at age 2, he LOVES riding this up and down their sidewalk. A beginner walker won't use it for scooting, but somewhere between 18 and 24 months the child will figure out how to scoot on their own. By age three, I would think they'd be ready for something with pedals and something that steers.

Answer:	It wasn't too big. It would fit in an overhead bin if you took it down to the actual product box. Though we still prefer the green bike over the red bike, so you may want to look at both. The red looks cooler but the green rides better and the one my boys fight over.

Question:	How big are the balls? I'd like to get some softer (re: less destructive) balls to use w/ it until he is old enough to know not to throw them inside
Answer:	The balls are about one and a half inches in diameter. This is a wonderful toy. My granddaughter loves it. She doesn't throw the balls around, but then she is a girl. It does take the harder ball to ring the bell at the bottom.
Question:	Do the balls fit through a toilet paper tube
Answer:	No, the balls are a little larger. My granddaughter at 18 months loved this. She was very excited and still plays with it. It does have a tendency to tip sometimes, but then that is another cause and effect skill.

Answer:	Switzerland as all shapes are I believe
Question:	Does anyone know where I can get replacement balls? My son is obsessed with this toy but all of the balls have vanished
Answer:	We bought the set sold by Hape on Amazon, but they are smaller balls than what came with the Roller Derby (if you have the pound toy they are that size). They sometimes work on the roller derby, but often don't.

Answer:	It's mostly silent if on carpet. on tile it makes more of a clacking sound. I am not familiar w the other toy u mention but I can tell u that we love this one and it has held together. It's so cute as it's pulled along. No regrets buying this one for 18 mo. Old.
Question:	Will the crocodile's tail wiggle as much as it did on carpet shown in video if I pull on hardwood floor? My house is mainly hardwood floor
