Question:	What happens if you turn off the hose while still using the pool? Does it deflate
Answer:	When you turn on the water the outer rim of the pool gradually fills with water, once full the sprinklers kick into action. When you turn off the water the sprinklers will stop working but the outer rim will still have water inside. Thus keeping the shallow water of the pool from going out and allowing the kids to continue splish, splash and play. The outer rim still has water inside too and can act as a support cushion for a sitting toddler.

Answer:	Take out the battery when not in use, wipe off the water on it, let it dry, and then use it again

Answer:	It’s very safe, but don’t put the base in there only put the whale portion in… I made the mistake of putting the whole thing in and it got wet and dried out just fine but a lot of water went in there. Nothing bad happened though. The kids LIVE them and the water does not get into the battery compartment of the whale.
Question:	How does it stop running after the bath? We take it out and it won’t stop lighting up
Answer:	For us, the lights shut off almost immediately after we take it out of the water. Maybe yours has a sensor issue? Do you dry it off thoroughly after every use?

Question:	What is the best way to drain the water from the outer ring
Answer:	We recommend rolling the splash pad up towards the spout. This should make it light enough to lift at which point we recommend hanging the splash pad with the spout down towards the ground to complete drain.
Question:	How slippery is the splash pad
Answer:	I was surprised by how slippery it was. My kid slipped and fell down when she went out and came in. Luckily, the splash was on top of the thick grass. She refused to go in after that. I tried it and I had to adjust my feet. It needs to have some slip-resistant design on the surface.
Question:	Mine was defective. How do I get a replacement
Answer:	Mine was too! I did a return through Amazon, then maybe repurchase?
Question:	I have outside dogs. Will their nails tear the pool
Answer:	Great question. The dogs nails should be fine, provided you keep the pressure on the splash pad low. Don't tun the hose up more than 1/4 of the way up while the dogs are out. Never more than 1/2 way, dogs or no dogs. I hope this helps!
