Answer:	A week, there isn’t any cleaning involved. You take them out put them away and if you drop them you toss them.

Answer:	i guess that depends on the size of the kid's ears. the instructions are in Chinese.

Answer:	These didn’t work well at all. I could hear everything. However, that may be due to the earplugs not fitting well. They were too long.
