Answer:	Measured to the brim, it is 14 quarts (the label also says 14). It is rectangular. The top inside measures 8 inches wide by 14 inches long not counting the pouring spouts it has at both ends. They stick out by about 1.5 inches. One of them is visible in the picture. The color is ivory white.

Answer:	All of those answers regarding the height - including the one from the manufacturer - is an INTERIOR dimension (which I realize would not be helpful to the very clear question you just asked - and I know because I relied on the responses for the same reasons you stated, and I found out the hard way). The measurement of height when taken from the OUTSIDE of the bucket, will be a little over 1/2 of an inch taller.

Answer:	The Velcro on these are very strong. After loosing the original balls they used the small tennis balls, which worked fine.
