Answer:	Hello, Please first check the side switch (the slider on the top right of more recent iPads). If it is configured to mute and the orange is visible on the slider, then the sound is muted. Interestingly, not all apps respect this setting, so that can explain cases where only Osmo apps seem to be muted. There should be a volume slider on control center. If that is up and the mute isn't turned on, you *should* be hearing sound. If neither was the problem, you can try plugging in headphones to see if you can hear sound in Osmo apps as well as other apps. If this does not help, please contact us at [email protected]. Question:	What base do i need to work with this
Answer:	I had Sega when I was younger and it was just like that game. My friends had Nintendo and the games looked identical. I don’t know if there was anything different with Super Nintendo.

Answer:	The game features a "save anywhere" system, if you press the - (minus) button on the switch it will pull up an option menu that allows you to save. The game also allows you to rewind by pressing the L button.

Answer:	we have a 6 3/4 yo and a just-turned-4 yo and this is their favorite game recently. our scores tonight were: 6yo: 35; 4yo: 33; 38yo: 30; 41yo: 36. yup, they totally hold their own! :) the 4yo wouldn't do the math on her own, but the game play is no problem and she seems to get the strategy intuitively.

Answer:	My community college has a weekly game night and this game almost always makes an appearance. Our group ages in range from young adults at 18, to our more “experienced” members in their 50’s. The game is incredibly easy to pick up and the rules/gameplay is simple enough that you’ll be playing almost instantly.
Question:	Do you have to know and like sushi rolls to understand how to play the game
Answer:	No, the scoring is based on simple set collection. It's slightly thematic - ex. wasabi makes the next nigiri worth more points because it would presumably improve the taste. People that enjoy sushi definitely get an extra kick out of the game because of the appealing theme, but it's not a huge factor in the gameplay itself. If you're looking for a game in the same vein, but with a different theme, would recommend either Biblios (more depth and replayability) or Jaipur (fantastic set collection style game for 2 players only).
Question:	Is it fun to play with just two people
Answer:	I think this game is most fun with 3-4 players. With 5 it becomes a bit too random, and with 2 a bit too repetitive, but when played by 2 players, this allows each player to foresee their strategy plan better.

Question:	How much content does this have? Looks really cool but does it keep asking kids to draw the same stuff
Answer:	It has 4 different drawing games: magic, bedroom, paint and treasure hunt. Each one prompts you to draw certain items. But yeah, once you've don everything once, there isn't any more. The variety I guess would come from the items you draw.. if you're asked to draw a lamp, it doesn't have to be the same one everytime. (You get to decorate a room and are asked for certain items; lamp, bed, wallpaper, etc) also, we haven't tried them yet, but there are 3 different apps that go along with the starter kit.

Question:	I orderrd the piano book on december 12 and it is now december 22, but no delivery. fedex says the tracking number does not exist. help
Answer:	Same here. Ordered on Dec 13th. Expected delivery was Dec 18th. Delay said it may come in a day from then otherwise I can get a refund if it doesn't show up by the 24th. Just checked and it says it my package may be lost. IDK whether to keep holding out for it or just get that refund. Seems like a really great item.

Answer:	6 double sided cards (they are boards really, not cards). I haven't seen an expansion pack- you could probably photocopy the board and laminate them though.

Answer:	Yes, seeing the letters and the picture does help little children learn to read words. You can reinforce the letter-word association by quickly reviewing each tile after the game has ended. Cover either the photo or the letters and ask the child to identify what is covered, but don't let this review detract from the fun of the game. If you take a peek at alphabet books for little children, you will see a picture that begins with the letter on that particular page, helping the child learn the sounds of letters.
Question:	What is the difference between zingo word builder game and thinkfun's what's gnu game? thank you
Answer:	I don't have the game What's Gnu. Based upon the description, they seem very similar. The different seems to be that Zingo Word Builder has three words per card and is played more like a challenge game. What's Gnu seems to be true world building, card by card. I purchased Zingo because I have multiple Zingo games in my classroom. Once the students learned to play one game, they could easily figure out how to play Zingo 1-2-3, Word Builder, Sight Word, etc. Hope this helps.
