Answer:	I'm not sure but I was able to cut 1 5/8" refrigeration copper tubing. The OD diameter is 1 5/8" and the ID is 1 1/2" so the wall thickness is around the same so I imagine that it should be able to cut the aluminum pipe.

Question:	What is the meteral thickness this machine is good for
Answer:	Thinking the question was about glass tubing, like sight/gauge glasses. No, metals only. To cut glass tubing you need a Gauge Glass cutter. That entirely different tool actually just scores the glass, then you snap it OUTWARD like you'd snap drywall cuts; the scored section being under a shop towel would be preferred. There's old trusted types that look like a smaller version of chain pipe wrenches, but if you're doing a lot of these in pressed time (like installers or start ups), there's quicker solutions like this diamond scorer: https://www.amazon.com/Scientific-Glass-Tubing-Cutter-Ea/dp/B004LPJEZW/ref=sr_1_3 . I'm told it takes practice, but it's easy (not a snap, avoiding the puns) and I've never been let down by a bad break. Use some sand paper on a flat surface to smooth out the break and you're good to go. I was using very old glass blowing techniques of a file, maybe some heat and water, then someone saw me doing this and shown me the light. score it, break it, sand it, move along. I knew it too...specific tool for specific jobs, and glass is very specific.

Answer:	It might, but it would be on the ragged edge it it's capacity. It is light weight and not at all beefy. The selling picture of this cutter even shows it cutting copper pipe. I cut some 1 inch aluminum tubing and one thin wall stainless pipe, it performed OK, but if you need to cut a lot of pipe and thick stuff, you need a larger Rigid brand cutter.

Answer:	My welder only came with .030 tubular 0.035 solid wheel. I recall that being an order able accessory. Not 100% sure but I thought it was suppose to have a #2 roll of FC. Overall, it’s been a damn good welder and I’d recommend it.

Question:	When using 110V, can you effectively weld 1/4”? If not, what’s the maximum capacity when using 110V
Answer:	I think what you are asking is what the duty cycle is. It all depends on the heat setting you are using at the time. The duty cycle at about 140 amps is close to 100%, and drops to about 30% at 250 amps. I don't know what you will be welding, but even on pretty heavy iron (3/8" or so) using .035 solid wire and co2/ argon gas, I seldom ever use more than 125, to 140 amps, so I never exceed the 100% duty cycle. But I also very seldom have long enough welds at a time to matter. The welder I had before I bought the Ironman 230, was just a 150 amp with about a 30% duty cycle at 120 amps, and it was still going after nearly 30 years, and I used it for some pretty big projects.

Answer:	This welder Kicks @$$... a Pipe welder my entire life, was very reluctant to buy thinking it was to small . Its a Giant! .. I just made a 110' flag pole for the Delaware memorial bridge and was welding 1/2 inch thick pipe with no issues, cant be in S-mig mode outside its parameters normal mig handled it fine . Has air cooled tig touch Troubled me a bit always had water cooled torch ...again had no issues welded a slow thick bead about 4' long torch didn't even get warm .... I have pics of the Flag pole cant put here ill update my review and add them there.... hope this helps you.

Answer:	I purchased the Weldpro mainly due to it's duel voltage, I have a Lincoln 125 mig that does a superior job at 110 vac. I keep the Weldpro on the same cart set up for Arc and Tig welding. So I can't help you with any upgrades.

Answer:	Yes. The welder takes the small 1-2 lb. 4" spools as well as the medium10-12 lb. 8" spools w adapter. However, it will not take the large 40-44 lb. 12" spools.

Chase, check the case where the wire spool is and press the Trigger in the Gun to see if turn? if it is and feeding the wire check the feeder wheels cuz they have differ grooves for the size of the wire you are using! I hope this help. I have not using mine yet but I work with Welders (Wire feed and Stick weld) Good luck
Question:	What type of gas do you use for this welder
Answer:	Smallest you can get away with in MIG mode is 19 Gauge...and you have to move quick. Otherwise...you're looking at TIG which this machine does pretty well...can easily get down to 25.
