Answer:	You don't, at least not unless they changed the model since I bought mine... Also, my instruction manual didn't mention changing from C to F at all. I just googled the conversation and printed out an Excel sheet with common temps I use and the C conversation... Also, the temp readout lies, it can be up to 20C off on mine as it years/cools, but for the price it's a good unit.... You have to Shell out 3-500 for anything better.

Answer:	Depth is pre-set, so you can't adjust it. You can lock the collar back to expose the bit to take screws out as well, but no depth adjustment.

Answer:	After a period of time, the bit will strip. 10 of them will last for more than a few houses if the metal is of a decent quality. The Dewalt 5 pack I have purchased previously has been used on three different houses. I haven't used these yet, so I don't know how long these will last.
