Answer:	I am looking for a new machine, ours just burned out on us Friday night - after it did its chore for us and the grand kids (7 and 9). We have always used about 1/4 cup of oil (redenbacker popcorn oil if we can find it - or - Veggie oil mixed with some butter). About 1/2 cup of Redenbacker or another cauliflower (premium carnival and movie theater popping corn) popcorn. We DO NOT use the butter cap on the top of the vent. Let it vent out the moisture and stuff. Don't clog up those vent holes with butter. We use the microwave to melt and pour on additional butter. I have never - since I first started using this popper in the 80's -- never had soggy or moist popcorn. I was in the service - my job entailed working in a room with no windows and 13 or 15 of us at a time. We popped using this tool for 1/2 of my 20 years. Thru 2 wars/actions - and a couple times per 12 hour shift. Fast and easy and easy clean up. Since the 80's ... this is my second machine - getting ready for my third. DON'T use the cap on it and don't use the butter melting suggestions - the popcorn will be done before the butter is melted.

Answer:	No this is a US 120v and temp is in Fahrenheit Ask seller there is an 220v version of this unit but this is not.
Question:	What is the diameter of the nozzle
Answer:	Hi Bob. The nozzle without any of the three adapters included attached to it seems to be exactly 2cm in diameter. If you don't have metric, I also measured it to be around 13/16 of an inch. The three adapters have an opening of 7mm, 10mm, and 13mm respectively. Hope that helps!

Answer:	We have not had personal experience with resin. However in a Youtube search "how to remove bubbles in resin" there are videos showing a heat gun being used. Answer:	Rarely used. However, with the larger Quad Flat Pack ICs, place this under the soldered leads. Use the blower to heat up IC and board area. When solder melts, the part can be lifted off the board.

Answer:	When the handle is placed in the cradle the heat shuts off and the fan increases to max to cool the handset. once it has sufficiently cools it shuts off.

temperature calibration

The temperature accuracy has been set at the factory. The temperature measurement requires professional equipment to use professional machines. The temperature calibration must first be guided by the manufacturer, otherwise the soldering station will be damaged and cause danger.

If soldering station you received is not hot enough, or the temperature display is not accurate when used for too long, you can calibrate the temperature with a professional thermometer:

The operation is as follows:

1. Turn on the rework station, use a professional temperature measuring tool to measure the actual temperature, and turn it off.

2. hold pressing the "down" button(temperature adjusted button), and then press the power button once to enter the temperature calibration.

2. “S-E” indicates that something is wrong with sensor, heating unit needs to be changed (heating material and sensor assembly).

3. The temperature is lower than 50 ℃ and it stops heating during operation, it indicates the heating unit may be damaged, need to be changed.(heating material and sensor assembly).
