Answer:	Your stated size of 5/32 converts to 0.15625 inches. I have attempted to measure the shaft with a micrometer. I haven't used it in quite a while, but the measurement appears to be about 0.087 inches. While that might work, I believe it would be too small for a good fit.

Answer:	Because of the heat and amount of times turned on. It is copper and a soft metal. This is normal as easy as I have used them in the past 50 yrs.

Answer:	"PK" is the "kit". The D650 is just the gun. The kit costs more because you get those other parts.

Answer:	I've been through four Weller guns in a couple months. 2 of the 140W/100W models didn't last so I bought a 'Professional' 260W/200W. 1st one lasted a little over a month, 2nd lasted about an hr. I use them frequently for multiple solders and they don't hold up. Duty cycle may recommend 1 minute on, 4 off but who works for a minute and takes 4 off?!

Answer:	I think not the hex nut is too small. I ordered one and it didn't fit and they did not except returns. I found the proper one at an ACE hardware.
