Answer:	Alright, finally figured it out. I had the same issue, all three lights turn on and you can't open the blasted thing and I misplaced my key (brilliant I know). Type in the factory code, 1-5-9 and then before you press the #, pull the handle to the right (counter-clockwise) - it won't move much and that's ok. Just as you press the # side, simultaneously move the lever to the left (clockwise). It should open 80% of the time (4/5 attempts). Nice safe, just a little too safe.

Most of the other chemicals in this family of chemicals have been taken off of the market. Not saying it won't kill the fruit flies or other bugs, but if you get sick, get cancer or drop dead, blame yourself. READ labels.

Answer:	The label clearly says to not use around humans or pets. I used mine as the label instructed, which is in a closed cabinet, until it was 3 wks old. At that time I had enough of the fruit flies and put it out near the fruit on the kitchen counter. It works better than anything else I've tried. I just don't like that the ad says it is safe for humans when the label clearly states to keep away from humans and pets. It did not bother by finches though. They are in another room about 50 feet away from where I had the pest strip.

Leave the knob turned.

One word- DURACELL- That’s like keeping your spare house keys inside the house. They sell lock pick sets for cheap on the GEEK app and they work great... if you know how to pick a lock. And next time hide the key elsewhere, like in a locked jewelry box, just don’t lock it’s key inside.
