Answer:	The simple answer is yes, I sent an email to the company asking what their website was so I could buy a replacement light and their response to me was send me your address. Question:	How do I set the password I want, is there a manual
Answer:	That would depend on the barrel length of the 357. A 4 inch barreled gun would fit for sure. A 6 inch would probably fit, but not an 8 inch barrel or bigger. Hope this helps.
Question:	what exactly is the fireproof material
Answer:	Not standard 8/12 x 11 unless you folded it in half, I had a very limited space to fit a safe in. That was my guide. Beyond the space limitations I have problems with this safe, every time I dont go into it for a couple of weeks, it wont open. I have to use the key and reset the bio,couple of weeks later the same thing, Maybe I got stuck with a defective mechanism but i havnt been able so far to find a replacement in this specific size
Question:	How many years can be used
Answer:	No, there is no room for another storage shelf. The safe is big enough for a hand gun and magazines to fit with room to spare and some documents.

Answer:	looks like it can be bolted. I saw two holes on the bottom. I didn't empty the device to check. However, I saw two holes on the bottom of the safe.
Question:	What are interior dimensions
Answer:	Inside Dimensions: 12" W X 8 1/4 L X 9 3/4" D, or the inside is 12 inches in width (fitting a standard hanging file folder exactly), 8 1/4 inches length from front to back, and 9 3/4 inches deep from top to bottom. These are approx, measuring with a ruler.
Question:	what is inside the bag? does it come with a box in it? is it empty? how do I store documents in it
Answer:	Yes, this safe, like any other, can be bolted to floor or wall. Locate a wall stud or floor joist. If you know how to do it with tapping, fine. If not, you could drill a line small holes since they will be covered by the safe, or use a locator tool from HD or Lowes. Get two 1/2" x 3" lag screws plus 2 heavy-duty flat washers. Drill two 1/2" holes through the back or bottom of safe where you'll attach it to the wall or floor, then a 1/4" hole 2.5" into the wall or floor at the center of the holes in the safe. Using a 9/16" socket/ratchet, screw the lags (through the flat washers and the safe) down tight into the wall or floor. If your theft threat is not so great, 1.5" lags would suffice. That second 1.5" is a lot of work. I'm just a customer like you--my Dad answered this--we don't sell safes.
Question:	How long is the zipper, or is it a "U" shape? I've had large bags you had to fold to get documents in
Answer:	Not sure - it's usually in the detailed description. However, I order everything on amazon and this was hands down the worst purchase. Was a total piece of junk - the flimsiest plastic ever.

Answer:	LA City Fire Dept. Captain and others there. liked the box, showed it to LAFD before mounting it for them. As box is solid steel construction (I'd say 16 0r 18 Ga.) the fire rating would be very high. I do not recall seeing any UL or other agency approval markings.

Answer:	It has a hole for their padlock to fit through.
Question:	How much does it weight
Answer:	Yes. There is a micro switch that can be wired either normally open or normally closed. It uses spade type terminal connectors. When the cover is opened, it activates the switch. The only problem I had is that a Knox padlock has a 7/16" diameter shackle but the hole in the box is only 3/8" so I had to drill it out to 1/2".
