Answer:	I am not aware of height limit. I have used it on a person who is 6'4''
Question:	How is this fireproof? Won’t the plastic keypad melt in a fire and make it unable to open
Answer:	When using the Athletic option, My body fat% seems to have a lower reading. But on averages its about 0.2 - 0.6% less than in normal mode. The way I see it is if you wok out at least 5 days or more a week, place it in Athletic mode. Obviously if you play a sporst every year and are training throughout the year for it, same thing. But if you are a person who works out 1-4 days a week and you're working out very lightly, or just to maintain a current body type, then Normal is what you want.The book suggestions are as follows:Normal Mode: For People with lower activity, frequency, intensity and time or for people who are currently not exercising or activeAthlete Mode: For people with higher activity, frequency, intensity and time.I work out at least 6 days a week, 3 of those days I work out twice a day. I do not play sports on the regular, but I do stay active more than not.
Question:	Apart from smashing open the safe with a hammer, if I lost the keys, is there any other way to open it? Perhaps getting replacement keys
Answer:	These devices are not 100% accurate, but no method is and these are better than most other methods and will give you pretty good results. Answer:	I would use prior to a workout, and would also recommend using in the morning at a consistent time everyday. Directly after a workout will not have the most accurate reading due to perspiration and water weight loss.

Answer:	Thanks for the question. I wouldn't recommend this product for anything large than 4" wide by 3" high. Those are the maximum suggested insert dimensions.
Question:	can this be bolted to the wall thru the back or to the floor
Answer:	I don't know, maybe. When you place a letter-size paper in these plastic envelopes there is a small amount of room left over, maybe an inch at most. Add that 1 inch to the 11 inches of the paper and then add maybe 1/2 inch for play you have 12 1/2 inches. Now you can take a letter size file folder and see if 12 1/2 inches will fit. I am pretty sure the other dimension (8 1/2 + play) will fit.
Question:	Can you change the combination? (2) Do you need both the key and the combination at once to open, or is the key an "override" ? Thanks

Question:	Are there holes pre-drilled for bolting to the floor
Answer:	I would regard them as water resistant, not waterproof. If submerged in water I believe it will leak in since the flap is open except for the snap closure.

Answer:	Almost all lamps we sell will come with bulbs. The problem is they are included at the manufacturer's discretion and on rare occasion they won't put them in, so we aren't able to state that ALL lamps come with bulbs.

Question:	Can this safe be opened by using an earth magnet
Answer:	The keypad is definitely not fireproof. It is nade of plastic. The way to go in is by key in case of fire.
Question:	Can i buy an extra shelf for the sfw123es model
Answer:	If the door handle is loose then remove the black plastic on the handle from the side with a small knife and tighten the handle and then try again.
Question:	The photo shows several tracks on the 2 sides of the safe. Does that mean that the shelf height can be adjusted
