Answer:	I have the purple one and it is BPA free. The way to tell is look at the recycle marking on the bottom, and see what number is inside. If the number is 7, then the product has BPA. If the number is 1, 2, or 5 the product is BPA free. The bengo salad carries a 5 marking on the bottom, so it is safe.

Answer:	The SPR456 would be a great choice. The SPR456 comes with the filters installed, one on each side. The filter is a P100 to filter out 99.7% of all particles 0.3 microns and larger. Plus the SPR456 includes a charcoal back to the filter to absorb mold vapor/smell.

Answer:	I live in the Seattle area and everything is on fire right now (2018). I'm using this mask and its really helped. I can't even smell the smoke when I step outside if I wear this mask. If I don't wear the mask, my throat starts to burn and I smell strong smoke smell. The mask description says NIOSH and that its rated at P100. This is what the CDC and US Forest service recommends you look for. They have a pdf saying as much if you Google "wildfire smoke fact sheet: protect your lungs from wildfire smoke or ash." Answer:	For me, it filters out anything you can smell. I don't know what chemical odors or particles are getting through the mask. I wear mine when I change my 90 year old Mother's diapers. Works fine for that.

Answer:	Almost. The shield has a protective film on both sides that should be removed first. This helps assure you get a scratch free shield. Then it is extremely simple to attach the shield. There is a row of small turnbuckles on the head band which you turn horizontally and then you match the holes in the shield and twist the turnbuckles back. No tools required. This takes less than 30 seconds. This was a very useful product especially for the price.

Answer:	I have a 3M dual cartridge respirator that fits under it. The face shield contacts the respirator cartridges, but that doesn't affect its functionality.

Question:	How do they attach if you're wearing prescription glasses
Answer:	You can clean your face shield nightly with an alcohol-based spray and then dry with a microfiber cloth. There is no limit to use as long as you keep it clean. I use it as extra protection only in front of my KN95 mask. If you work in a health care facility you should view a youtube recording on more stringent cleaning methods. Health care workers also reuse their face shields after cleaning.

Answer:	The length is 8.6 inches ( from the top of the clear shield to the bottom). My husband and I are both short and can wear these with no problem. He is 5'5 and I am 5'. I suppose you could trim it if you need to but the band adjusts also and you can raise or lower that for your needs.

Answer:	You DON"T peel off the foam. It's there to make the shield more comfortable. You DO peel off the protective film on BOTH sides of the shield itself. If you have already peeled off the foam, you'll have to get some double stick tape or glue or spray adhesive to remount it onto the inside top edge of the shield. Don't feel bad about the mistake. My wife had to show me that both sides of the shield had a protective film to make the thing clear.

Answer:	I think what people don't realize is there are TWO protective films: front and back. The one on the back is evident, there is a tag to remove it. The one on the front I didn't realize was there until I was trying to clean it with windex bc it was foggy. I just happened to notice a clear layer that was ever so slightly peeling back and when I took that off it was crystal clear.
