Answer:	If your husband is an XL this absolutely will not fit him. I bought the biggest size they had which was a large, it did not come close to fitting and I wear an XL. Also it is more like a half shirt, it does come all the way to the waist which makes it feel even smaller.

Answer:	Really, you can't. Every time you wash it, the reflectivity is reduced. The best way to keep it longer is to NOT wash it. Almost all reflective safety ware has a life cycle and maximum number of wash cycles to maintain ANSI compliance
