Answer:	Do you mean compared to other brands of KN95 masks or compared to all types of other masks? In general I believe that the KN95 is considered not as protective as N95 masks but better than surgical or cloth masks. As with all masks, they have to be worn correctly and replaced or sanitized appropriately between wearings. As an RN for 48 years I have worn many types of masks. These are more comfortable and more available than the N95 masks. I have purchased them for myself and my family to use during this pandemic.

Answer:	No, it is not a manufacture or expiration date. It is a code that indicates the quality of the mask, and is the standard for safety expected by hospital employees.

Answer:	Exactly. I’m not a scientist so there’s no way for me to know if they are actual KN 95’s but they are great masks And they are comfortable and thick.

Question:	Are they heat resistant
Answer:	No not heat resistant. I do wear them at work if I'm using the deep fryer just for extra protection. You cannot pick up anything hot with them. Special heat resistant gloves are required for that.
Question:	Is this safe to use to prevent my dog from biting me when handling? Will it break their teeth using it alone or under leather gloves
Answer:	The gloves are not made of steel wool or anything. They won't break their teeth. If using with a dog though, I recommend double layering them, wearing 2 on one hand and 2 on the other.
Question:	Do these gloves protect against needle sticks
Answer:	No, they won’t protect you from needle poking. I don’t think they would even protect you from a knife tip pokIng.
Question:	I work in a machine shop with sharp metal parts would these protect my hands? They don’t have any that will fit me here so I need to buy my own
Answer:	I do not know if they are sufficient for a machine shop. I bought them to wear while using a rotary cutter on fabric for sewing projects to protect my fingers from being cut. One thing I did find out after I tried them with the rotary cutter is that there is no gripness (to prevent slipping) on them anywhere, especially none in the palms. So, even though they weren't able to be cut through, I couldn't hold the rotary cutter without it slipping around in my hand with these gloves on. Thus, I do not use these gloves but bought some that have some gripness on the fingers and palms so the rotary cutter does not slip around in my hands. I hope that helps a little bit in your decision making.

Answer:	Neither the Tag on the gloves or the packaging it comes in reveal the country of origin. I will tell you that they are effective in preventing cuts (when my wife bothers to wear them/ not so much when she didn’t ), comfortable, and well made. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Yes. They run small, though. Mine came in size M (no choice was offered at purchase),, and I can barely get them on. I wear M or L gloves.
