Answer:	I would not recommend reusing them. There are 60 (30 pairs) and the only way to reuse them would be to resoak them in the liquid which will reintroduce bacteria/germs into the container.

Answer:	You can easily borrow ebooks from your local public library and download to your Kindle Paperwhite, if the ebooks are in Kindle format. It takes about 30 seconds to check out an ebook and have it show up on your Kindle. But if the ebooks are in Hoopla format, they are not compatible with your Paperwhite so you cannot borrow those on your Kindle Paperwhite. Annoyingly, my library has started carrying many books in Hoopla format and they are not compatible with my Paperwhite, to my knowledge. I don't know why the library is doing this, must be a cost thing. I read that the Hoopla books are compatible with the Kindle Fire.
