Answer:	It can if you connect the leash to it. I would recommend a carabiner though. But i wouldn't recommend this method as it may hurt the dog's neck from the sudden twisting. If you want to deter dog pulling, I would recommend a leash with handle closer the dog usually called a "high traffic handle." this is much easier to keep the dog at your side to work on walking manners.

Question:	How many pairs in a box
Answer:	I have never used it on the lawn. However it says it is non-toxic and PH neutral. It does contain Salicylate Derivatives. You can also spray it into your air conditioner to neutralize those orders.
Question:	Where are they made and sourced
Answer:	For me, it depends on where the urine is at. On anything washable, I just add a tablespoon or two into the washing detergent (I read to use cold wash always when urine is involved and that has worked for me, but to be honest, I don't know if that is necessary or not) or I a pour a little undiluted directly on the spot. If really bad, I will presoak the item. In the couch, I will use a 3cc syringe with an inch (or so) long needle and inject the solution, undiluted or diluted, directly into the cushion in multiple spots so it's fully saturated. The odor from the X-O can be pretty strong for a day or so, along with the urine smell, when it's in a cushion. Sometimes I have to repeat the process several times before the urine smell is gone, but so far it has done the trick. Unfortunately, I have a cat that is prone to UTI's so periodically throughout the year, either my bed or my couch will get urinated on by him. The bedding always comes clean first wash. The couch is the tricky one to treat!Oh, and I forget to add .... I have used the little machines, but only after I have injected the couch cushion and letting it all soak in. I have not tried the XO directly in the machine but imagine that it would work just fine, especially on carpet. In that case, I would recommend dilution, for sure.
