Answer:	The flat top 18650s will not get in touch of the positive side of the battery compartment, the lantern need nipple tops there. Sorry to say.:-)

Answer:	I've been using it as a work light, and i usually recharge it after a day or two of heavy use. But I haven't yet run it down to the point where I couldn't use it anymore. So, in a nutshell, I don't really know, but it will run a very long time on a charge, (and I haven't even started to use the standard AA's in the top of the unit).

Answer:	It has the rechargeable battery, but if you can't recharge it, it takes 3 'D' size batteries that go into the same spot in the bottom that the rechargeable battery goes. Just to clarify, you can't have both the rechargeable battery AND the 3 'D' batteries inside it at the same time so I carry the 'D's' separately if I think I'll need them. It is a great lantern and the 3 different brightness levels are helpful . The brightest level is actually too bright to sit around a picnic table with, in my opinion. It is not a big heavy lantern but puts out more light, when needed, than the older big heavy ones.

Answer:	The fuel capacity of the tank is 1.3 pints. When I received mine I added just a splash of coleman fuel into the tank to test it out and I was very impressed on how long the lantern ran on such a minimal amount of fuel. I intentionally added just a small amount so I could test it out and then store it empty. It ran for hours on that tiny amount of fuel.

Answer:	The globes are made in China. The lanterns themselves are made in US (Wichita, KS). Coleman always had their globes made for them by another company.

Answer:	I know how you feel. Our product is 10 inche's tall, and 4.8 inches wide. It offers 500LM brightness which is equivalent to a 8W LED bulb. Its big and bright enough to light up a camping tent and a cosy bedroom.

Question:	What is the diameter of the lamp? I don't see it in the specs
Answer:	The diameter of the flashlight is 4.5 inches.
Question:	does it have one/off switch
Answer:	Our model does not have a switch but it was purchased in 2016 so it may have been updated. The light we purchased is really a lantern and not a flashlight because it does not have a light on the end - it only has the light cylinder in the center which is housed in the base. You simply raise and lower the top to operate it. It lights as soon as the top is raised and turns off completely when closed - no switch is needed. The amount of light is dependent on how far you raise the lid. The farther you raise the top, the more LED's are exposed. If you extend the lid completely all the LED's are operating. However, It seems reasonable to me that if a flashlight has been added a switch may now be included and your question is a good one. I would ask the seller to get a definite answer. Remember Amazon has a great return policy if you aren't satisfied. I can tell you we have been extremely satisfied with our Etekcity light. It is powerful and easy to operate. I personally feel not having a switch is a plus. It's simple to control the amount of light with just raising and lowering the top. And I actually appreciate not having a switch or button to wear out or fumble with. Our light has performed well and I would purchase again.
