Answer:	Blaklader work pants, sold by Amazon, have pockets for knee pads, which they sell separately. These knee pads include some with gel inserts. No one can really tell they are there. Amazon sells other work pants with similar features.

Answer:	Rather than just measure the strap length, I measured the approximate circumference with the straps connected, including the knee pad width to give you a better idea so you can use a tape measure on your legs to confirm if these will fit. Strap below the knee: Maximum about 26 inches with strap fully stretched (20 inches minimum size un-stretched). Strap above the knee: Maximum about 36 inches with strap fully stretched (22 inches minimum size un-stretched). I think these pads offer a lot of sizing flexibility, but my experience has been that the straps need to be fastened very tightly or the pads will slide on your leg while in use. Note: An Amazon Basics battery caused some corrosion on the negative spring side of one of my flashlights. The electrical connection to the battery holder is just mechanical so the corrosion is very difficult to cure.
