Question:	How is this for running
Answer:	They’re hard and I’m not sure if they would scratch hardwood floors. They have padding on the inside. I’ve used them to do pre-winter gardening, and to get in and out of truck loading and unloading firewood. As long as they are clean I wouldn’t think they would harm hardwood floors they are not super hard plastic. The packaging says a lot.

Answer:	The person I bought these for is 5’4 and weighs 100 lbs. A worker at our house tried them on. He is 5’6 and weight around 150 lbs. The knee pads did not fit him because either his knees were too big or because he’s a man therefore constructed differently than us women. So the answer is I don’t know. Maybe you should try them on and if they don’t fit return them to Amazon.

Answer:	The military model uses a CR123a battery. There may be a model of this that DOES work with a AA battery, but I am not aware of the exact model number

Answer:	I'm not military and therefore have never found myself in the market for such a helmet, however the sidewinder is designed primarily for a helmet mount. Other mounts are included, but those are all based on using the helmet attachment clip as a connection point. The rotating clip is integrated into the unit and looks basically like a belt clip. If your helmet has a slot mount, or if you can affix a mount, you're good to go. It's such a nice lamp, I'd buy it and make it work one way or another.

Answer:	Only if your exposure on the camera is set at about 4 seconds for a still shot up close using a f3.5 lens. The lumens are too low to get any sort of illumination past 5 feet even with longer exposure time. Then again, if you have a camera taking still photography at night with exposures times that are numbered nearer to minutes than they are seconds... chances are you wouldn't be asking this question.

Answer:	4-6 hours for me using Duracell. The issue is the light discharges the batteries slowly when turned off, so beware of storing them for months on end or for an emergency.

Answer:	Maybe not. that is unbelievable. However, this led headlamp rechargeable is really super bright and it is very comfortable, with it you can see everything around you. Also equipped with two rechargeable batteries, it is definitely worth the money.

Answer:	This is the most comfortable headlamp I’ve ever worn. I just used mine extensively on a deer bow hunt. It gets dark in the mountains in a hurry. It easily allowed me to work my way off the mountain and prevented a possible discussion with a mountain lion over who had the right away on the trail; I clicked it to strobe and off the cat ran.

Answer:	Well, Nicole...I haven't run with it. I use it to light my way to the chicken yard at night to secure the henhouse. But it fits on your head in three pieces, two around the crown and one over the top from forehead to nape. It feels as though it would be secure enough to run with. I like it very much.
Question:	Can I use this to read at night
Answer:	Yes - I do use this to read at night. My Kindle may have spoiled me, as regular books appear "just plain dark" and I find I no longer like limiting myself to "that one chair near the lamp". If I want to read on the couch or on the porch or wherever, the light isn't good enough and the head lamp makes reading in those places practical. Yes the light is comfortable enough to wear while reading, and the variable light settings allow you to pick how much additional light you need.
