Answer:	I had a similar issue after a lot of usuage. I fixed it by taking off the Lens/Lens Hood and hand tightening the post that contacts the (+) end of the battery. No issues since.

Answer:	It's glass material and it hold's recoil.

Answer:	There is a piece sold exactly for this application. It mounts to the rail and has a slot and a cover to place the switch inside and secure it. I wish I could add a picture as I just ordered that piece and took a screenshot. It is $12. I serched rail mounted pressure switch and it was the 1st option.

Answer:	Yes,it has adapters to make it fit many different handguns. I have one on my full size XD45 tactical and it fits that gun like it was made for it, however, the fit is not as tight on my full size PX4 Storm. It can move around a little so the aim point will move under recoil. It comes with several adapters so you can probably make one fit using a dremel tool. Think I'll get another for my PX4 and grind it to fit. Great light. Battery last longer than I expected. If you get one you'll love it. Love it on my XD45.

Answer:	I have a Springfield XDs .45 subcompact that it fits okay but extends into the muzzle blast. Has worked fine so far. I've had it several months and fired many rounds through it and when it was on a Glock 23c before. Hope this helps.

Answer:	If the handguard on your AR-15 has one or more integrated rails in it, then you can connect it directly. If not then you can buy a small section of rail from Amazon which you can attach to your handguard near the front of it. Typically, AR-15 handguards will accept either M-Lok or Keymod connectors if they are not the kind of handguards made by MagPul which take its own type of connector. If you have a vertical grip or hand stop on your AR-15, you should mount the laser right in front of it to make it easier to access with your fingers.
