Answer:	Instructions suggest every other week, but I use it every couple days when my one gnarly chin hair is active. May not really be effective but helps psychologically. :)

Answer:	I would suggest you read the instructions and watch the video so you don't damage your skin. You must use new razors and get a nice clean close shave. Afterwards, when you are dry, pick a section to do. Allow time, it is tedious and monotonous. For that reason, I only do sections on certain days. You must moisturize afterwards with a healthy lotion or oil, I use coconut oil. Each day, go on your regular routine shaving, etc. Have faith, because it will show results when you are about to give up. I haven't found complete hairlessness, because I wasn't getting the new hair follicles, but I haven't used it in two months and those areas I focused on before have so little hair now, it's literally a quick shave in the shower. I hope that helps. This tool seems to work, I was doubtful too and I paid full price! I was just sick of paying for Brazilian waxes all of the time and ingrown hairs. (Eventually, you will be able to get those areas!!) Just not the face, I do not recommend any face work, personally.

Answer:	I am blonde and so far it works fine. I haven't had it long. I did notice I have the best results on the highest setting.

Answer:	I have only tested it so far I'm a guy and I gave a #2 flash on my sac and shaft (yep), and also above that. I have light colored skin. I then set it at #3 and then also did a test line along my thigh and along my stomach. I don't see any marks or redness and it didn't hurt, I could barely feel it. I did an armpit spot and a few flashes below that. Right on the deep arnpit spot; i did feel a little bit of pain. Probably cause there was more hair there to absorb the light and cause the pain. But it wasn't bad at all and passed quickly. Still, no red marks there either. I plan to get my gf to do my butt and a line down my back today I am disappointed that the instructions strongly say NOT to use this on a male face. But doesn't say why. Female face is approved but not the male face.

Answer:	The s2 does not come with a battery, the s2r comes with one 18650 battery

Answer:	This flashlight has the .5 lumen constant holddown switch level, then once you turn it on it has 4 levels of brightness. Once the battery goes below a certain voltage, it will only have 2 levels of brightness, AND the blue turn on switch will glow red, indicating a lower level of voltage in the battery. It will operate at that lower level for quite some time before it goes out completely. I have not left it on steadily until it went off, so I really don't know how long it would take. But using it intermittently for a couple of weeks, it works fine. But I would say that I didn't use it for more than a total of 2 hours like that before I put in a recharged unprotected 18650, 3.7v li-ion 3500mh. Hope that helps. I think its a great little light, magnetic back tail cap that is flat so will do a tail stand, useful for lots of every day carry lighting needs!

Answer:	It's because your eyes have to adjust to the intensity of the light. When you are sitting in a room shining it at the wall you will not notice the difference. Outside in the dark, where 950 lumens can actually be out to use it will be more than noticable, because your eyes have the ability to adjust due to the surroundings.

Answer:	I would say that's pretty accurate, 3.5-4 hours at 400 is pretty close. I guess it would also depend on the kind of 18650 you're using. It does have a low battery indicator, when it starts to get low the button glows red

Answer:	Never thought much about this and two of the descriptors puzzle me a bit, but here goes: Seems to me to be somewhat of a flood effect, with a bit brighter but fuzzy hot spot. This spot measures roughly 8 inches in diameter at 3 feet, and maybe 2 feet in diameter at 10 feet. For what it's worth, I carry one of these everywhere, and has been very helpful to my aging eyes. With intermittent use, the single AAA can go a week or two (maybe more). Love these! Don't know if I helped at all, but I gave it my best shot.

Answer:	Unscrew the rear cap that has the button and they should be there. You will find two long Li Ion batteries. Mine came with purple color batteries.

Answer:	These are not normal 18650 batteries and will not fit products that use industry standard 18650 batteries. The batteries are 18mmx70mm. 18650 batteries are 18mmx65mm.

Answer:	The handle diameter is just under 1". The bigger lens end is just over 1 3/8".
Question:	What are the dimensions of the body in inches please? I need this to fit in a mount, so I need the exact dimentions
Answer:	7-7/8" long with lens head retracted, and just under 8-3/8" with lens head extended. Diameter of the handle tube is in between 15/16" and 1 inch. If this flashlight needs to be inserted into a 1" tube it will fit but it will be tight. Diameter of the flashlight head is 1-7/8" and the length of the flashlight head is 2-1/4". Hope this helps.
