Answer:	I have not. However, I can tell you this: I use it to pump water through a 1-1/2 inch hose. It lifts the water over 6 feet with ease and with very high pressure. The lift is incredible. I use it daily for about 2-3 hours. It is powerful and relitively quiet. This is a very good submersible pump considering the price. I can not speak to reliability as I have only used it for about 2 months now. No issues this far.
Question:	HP 115V has a black & blue wire (12 ga) and a yellow wire (16 ga) coming from the pump. What are each wire for? Directions have different colors
Answer:	pumping from a river with 1 inch suction and 1 inch discharge it takes me about 90 - 100 minutes for 1000 gallon tank. This is with about 30-40 lift from the river bank and a 50 foot discharge hose. When I use it at home to water the lawn I have a 1 inch discharge down to a hose adaptor and then split it to 2 garden hoses and can run 1000 gallons in about 75 minutes. lawn and garden are all on level land and even with the water supply and pump. This pump should be able to move 10 - 13 gpm. Hope this helps.

Answer:	No, it doesn't have a built in pressure switch. The output of the pump is low compared to most "pressure" applications, so I don't think a pressure switch would be of use.

Answer:	You need to remove panels, the Maximum power of this pump is 600watts. So the 6 solar panels are too many.

During the sunny weather, you can work directly with a solar panel. However, a cloud could lead into the solar panels losing sunlight and consequently cause the pump to halt work.

If you need the pump to steadily work for above 6 hours, we recommend you follow the power supply method on the left. The specific configurations are as follows:

Diverse Use Scenarios

The filter screen at the base ensures the pump is not wrapped around by algae around the impeller.

The large flow of 20GPM can satisfyingly serve watering of a small garden/farm.

The 20ft head can be used for domestic well pumping. However, only for wells with a water depth of less than 6 meters.

Note: When not in use for a long time, please take the pump out of the water to avoid corrosion of the rubber seal ring by weak alkaline water (such as sea water).

It can't pump lots of water like it was advertised?

The positive and negative poles of your pump may be reversed, please connect the red wire to the positive pole. Reversed negative and positive poles will not affect the service life, but will greatly reduce the flow and lift.

My pump stops working three months later?

• Check the power supply system firstly to see if the battery is working properly.
• Working vibration may cause the connector loosen, so check whether the power cord is connected well.
• Clean the impeller and restart this pump.
• Request BACOENG For A Replacement if Above Methods Were Tried

Can I use it in dirty water?

Not Recommended. The 3mm filter port can effectively filter large particle impurities. A 1 cm high foot prevents the inhalation of sludge. However, if the impellers are blocked, pump will break down quickly.

Question:	How many amps? I looked everywhere and can't find this info
Answer:	3.08 amps at 120 volts. Rating says .37 KW's (that's 370 watts). 370 watts divided by 120 volts equals 3.08 amps. I'm sure there's a momentary inrush of current to get it running (usually 3-5 times the rated run amperage) So for a split second it may draw as much as 16 amps (but most breakers won't trip for a split second start up also called locked rotor amperage). Nor will the wire heat up if it's only for a split second (say using a 15 amp circuit). I am an electrical engineer so I do this calculation daily in my work.

Answer:	the one i bought only lasted about 2 weeks (the case seals were defective0 , and the warranty is no good here either because the manufacturer in chine will not respond to emails ! I would suggest looking into Nemo Solar pumps. I had 1 in a well for about 2 years before it failed due to corrosive water , however the newer ones have plastic cases which should solve that problem . Installed another nemo ( the plastic case ) about 6 months ago and it doing a fine job pumping about 200 gallons per day for cattle water . I highly recommend them even tho they cost a little bit more than the farm and ranch . The farm and ranch will only barely function on 12 volts also.

Answer:	No. You will need a pump speced by your specific well depth and flow requirements. This is a 120v that will draw considerable amperage (over 18a) and may cause issues. Match your flow needed, at your depth, voltage, and amperages must all be in the proper range. I would not recommend this pump.

Answer:	These heating elements fit virtually any 240V water heater. This is one of the better quality elements. However, BE SURE to purchase a OEMTOOLS 22369 1-1/16 Inch SAE Socket (here on Amazon) - or another 1 1/16" hex socket (Lowes has them) and a 1/2" fitting breaker bar if you don't have one. You will never get the two old heating elements out using the cheap aluminum socket most folks purchase. Price about the same, but the 'real' socket works. It will still be tough with he correct socket - so get a long breaker bar.

Answer:	I took a magnet to the elements and the base. The elements did not attract as you might suspect. However, the base did suggesting to me that the base is not SS. I have not changed the elements in my heater yet so can not tell you if the base is rusty at all. It is not rusty on the outside of the tank. Hope this helps.

Answer:	It comes with an adjustable pressure switch mounted on its side.

Answer:	Not sure but ours was defective out of the box... Worked for one day and the turn around time to get it replaced was not manageable(not Amazon's fault). We had to get a different brand.

Answer:	Run mine on 110, while I haven't measured current flow, it seems to pull close to 15 amps on start up and probably runs on 10 or 12. Hope this helps.
Question:	Pump is connected to a 20 amp breaker on a dedicated 12 gauge line. The breaker keepa tripping. Do i need to get a replacement
Answer:	The spec says it runs 13.2A at 110V. That may be a nominal number. (Assuming you're using 110V since a 20A breaker). At start up it may be borderline near the 20A mark or just above it. All motors have that surge at start up. Mine is running on a 50A circuit 220V from the older larger pump requirements previously installed. No prob with that of course.

Question:	How many amps does the 1/2 HP pump draw
Answer:	The label says 11 amps starts, 5.5 amps running. So I thought I could run it with a Honda EU 2000 generator. It wouldn't handle the start-up load. Switched to a EU 3000. That works, but it's still a big pull on startup. The overload light will blink momentarily, the runs fine. Well depth around 20'.

Answer:	You well depth doesn't determine anything. Your depth to the the water table determines how fast you can pump the water (gallons per min). You can have 100' deep well and a 10' deep well side my side and they will perform roughly the same if the water table is 8' It's the distance from the water table to the pump that matters. You can only suck water up about 25'. After 25' the weight of the water starts to exceed the vacuum of the pump and it's ability to "suck" water up. Once you get the water in the pump you can push it honorarily as far as you want. This pump an create 50-60PSI of pressure. You could push water vertically maybe 100' or so with that 50PSI. The pressure will drop fast as you push water vertically. In short moving water up hill is the hard problem. Moving downhill or sideways is easy. As for the pressure tank buy a small 1 gall tank and install it next to the pump. The $40 more will make you and your pump a lot happier. If you don't your pump will cycle on/off.
Question:	Can you hook a regular gardan hose to it
Answer:	Yes. You need an adapter with a Male hose thread (MHT) on one end and a Male 3/4" standard pipe thread (NPT) on the other end. You could also buy an outdoor water spigot and a 1/2" female NTP to 3/4 male NTP adapter and screw the spigot directly into one of the 3/4" ports on the pump. Note: You need at a minimum a (1 gal or larger) pressure tank to make the pump/pressure switch turn on/off correctly/reliably. The pump will cycle on/off/on/off... without the pressure tank.
