If you pay for it to be done and pay for "their" pump, I would bet it's $500-$800.

Answer:	My hose winds around the holder. We found out that this hose is not for "drinking" water out of. In small print on the packaging it states not to drink from the hose. The water that comes out is 'white' like milk. It is getting better now but I like to drink from my hose on real hot days when I am watering my plants. Something must be wrong if you cannot wind it up. Contact amazon and I am sure they will make it right.
